We're partnering with one of the world's most recognised luxury lifestyle hospitality brands to appoint an exceptional General Manager for one of two flagship London venues.

This isn't a conventional restaurant GM role. We're looking for a commercially minded leader who thrives in high-energy, premium environments where exceptional service, unforgettable guest experiences and strong financial performance go hand in hand.

The Role

As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the operation, leading from the front to deliver:

• International hotel F&B operations.
• Members clubs or destination venues.

You'll have:

• Proven General Manager experience.
• Strong P&L and commercial management.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams.
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
• Exceptional leadership and people development skills.
