Senior Management Accountant

You will have the autonomy to challenge existing ways of working, the support to deliver real change, and clear visibility of how your contribution supports the wider business. \n \nDuties include but are not limited to: \n- Production of monthly management accounts, including consolidation \n- Production and maintenance of the 12-month rolling forecast \n- Supporting the financial audit process, including assisting with year-end and statutory accounts preparation and liaising with external auditors \n- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards \n- Monthly payroll processing and annual P11D submissions (managed through our bureau) \n- Preparation and submission of VAT returns \n- Supplying data for FCA reporting purposes \n- Leading the transformation and automation of current finance processes to drive efficiency and improve outputs \n- Developing meaningful, insightful reporting to support decision-making as the business grows \n- Supporting and mentoring junior and less-experienced members of the team \n  \nAbout You \n- CIMA qualified with solid post-qualification experience \n- Proven experience in the production of management accounts and consolidation \n- Strong forecasting, VAT and payroll knowledge \n- Experience supporting financial audits \n- The confidence and experience to challenge existing ways of working, transform processes and introduce automation \n- Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce clear, meaningful reporting \nDesirable \n- Experience within the service sector \n- Experience of system implementations
